1. Independent service

XiaPoper Exchange (“XiaPoper”, “we”, “us”) is an independent USDT-to-NGN exchange service. We are not VIPEraX, we are not a subsidiary or partner of VIPEraX, and we are not owned, operated, endorsed, sponsored, or affiliated with VIPEraX or its operators.

VIPEraX is a separate third-party platform. Any VIPEraX member ID you enter is used only to identify the wallet that should receive the USDT you buy from us after you redeem your one-time code on VIPEraX.

2. What this service does

You pay naira (NGN) to a XiaPoper virtual bank account. When payment is confirmed, we issue a one-time 5-character code bound to the VIPEraX ID you provided. You redeem that code on the VIPEraX deposit page to credit USDT. XiaPoper does not operate VIPEraX wallets, support, or customer accounts.

3. Your responsibilities

• You must enter the correct VIPEraX ID. Codes are bound to that ID only and cannot be moved to another member.
• You must transfer the exact NGN amount shown. Underpayment may delay or prevent a code.
• You must keep your code private. Anyone who has both the code and access to that VIPEraX account may redeem it.
• Once a code is used, it cannot be reused.

4. Rates, limits, and fees

The USDT/NGN rate, minimum and maximum amounts, and any displayed limits are set by XiaPoper and may change at any time before you start payment. The rate locked on your order at Pay is the rate that applies to that order. Bank or payment-provider charges are outside our control.

5. Payments and codes

Virtual accounts are issued for a limited time. If you do not pay before expiry, the order may be cancelled and no code will be issued. A code is issued only after XiaPoper confirms the NGN payment. XiaPoper is not responsible for delays, errors, or downtime on VIPEraX when you redeem a code.

6. Refunds

Confirmed payments that have already produced a code are generally not refundable, because the USDT obligation is then attached to that VIPEraX ID. If payment was made in error (wrong amount, duplicate transfer) and no code has been issued or redeemed, contact XiaPoper through the merchant channel used for this exchange. VIPEraX cannot reverse XiaPoper payments.

7. No VIPEraX support

Do not contact VIPEraX for XiaPoper rates, virtual accounts, missing codes, or NGN transfers. Those are XiaPoper matters. Likewise, XiaPoper cannot reset VIPEraX passwords, change VIPEraX balances except through a valid unused code, or act as VIPEraX support.

8. Disclaimer

XiaPoper is not a bank, broker, or VIPEraX agent. The service is provided as-is. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect loss, VIPEraX platform issues, mistyped member IDs, or codes you share with others.

9. Acceptance

By ticking the box and clicking Pay, you confirm that you have read these terms, understand that XiaPoper Exchange is independent of VIPEraX, and agree to be bound by them for that transaction.
